Trish Smith, SHRM-CP, PHR

Trish has served our board for 20+ years in each role/capacity and currently serves as our chapter’s VP of Scholarships and SHRM Foundation. Within her current professional role as HR Director for Belkorp Ag her primary functions include Strategic Planning, Benefit Management, Employee Engagement/Experience, Training & Development, Compliance, Employment Litigation, and Compensation. Trish is a big supporter of SHRM and helped to create our local chapter, SJSHRM, and has made a positive impact on our San Joaquin HR community.

Trish has been in the HR profession for 25 years and holds her bachelor’s in business administration, with a concentration in management.
