Susan Rodriguez, SHRM-SCP, PHR

Susan has been on the board for SJSHRM for 4+ years having served previously as our VP of Professional Development and currently holds the role of President Elect. Beyond SJSHRM she is the Corporate HR Director at Collins Electric Company, Inc. where she focuses on partnering with leadership to align people strategies with execution, growth, and results. What she is most passionate about is helping leaders see HR as a tool to solve real business problems and strengthen organizational readiness. As the one next in line to lead our team, she’ll definately be called upon to utilize her strengths!

Susan has been in the HR profession for 15 years and holds her Certificate in Human Resources Management from UCLA Extension.
