Persefini Quintero, SHRM-CP

Persefini has been serving on our board since 2023 as our VP of Marketing and brought with her prior board experience from Central Valley SHRM where she held positions as Emerging Professional Committee Chair and Communications Director. Within her current professional role as HR Generalist at Knife River she touches all aspects of HR with her primary functions being Employee Engagement/Experience, Training & Development, and Compliance. What she enjoys most about HR is helping to ensure a positive workplace for all employees. Her prior work experience as an HR/Marking Assistance make her the perfect fit for promoting SJSHRM!

Persefini has been in the HR profession for 8 years and holds her Bachelor’s in both Business Administration and Hospitality & Tourism Management with an Emphasis in Labor Relations from San Francisco State University.
