Chad Stacy, MBA

Chad joined the board in 2024 as our VP of Workforce Development, dedicating his involvement in the pursuit of helping match the right employer with the right employee. As the Director of Talent Acquisition with The Wine Group, Chad was truly the perfect fit for our team. Within his current role, his primary function includes Talent Acquisition, Strategic Planning, Employee Engagement/Experience, and Compliance. What he enjoys most about his work is that talent acquisition involves collaborating with executive leadership and department heads to optimize the strategic workforce plan and develop effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, evaluate, hire and retain talent while ensuring a positive journey for both internal and external clients.

Chad has been in the HR profession for 29 years and is also active with the Conference Board (Talent Acquisition Council) as an Executive Committee Member.
