Susan Rodriguez is a first-time volunteer with SJSHRM and has a natural passion for people development.  Susan is thrilled to assist in bringing resources to other HR professionals in the community to help further the development in their careers while keeping up to date in the HR world.  Susan currently works as the HR Director for Collins Electrical Company, Inc. and has been part of the corporate leadership team since 2014.
