Desirae Matison, has experience in medical leave management as it relates to FMLA, CFRA, PDL, CA Sick Leave, ADA, FEHA and Workers’ Compensation; internal investigations regarding harassment and discrimination; and through the use of coaching techniques, aids employees at all levels to develop solutions to conflict. She also manages broker/vendor relationships and partners with executives to tackle tough challenges. Ms. Matison has been a member with SJSHRM (previously SJSHRA) since 2012 and serving on the board since 2014.
