Join Ms. Bossuat and Ms. Lim as they walk participants through investigation strategies and the impacts of workplace bullies. Participants will learn key strategies for investigating and uncovering workplace bullies, including how to engage risk management strategies given the high-risk bullies bring to the workplace.
Ms. Bossuat has significant employment litigation experience and has represented both employees and employers in a wide range of employment matters including sexual harassment, disability discrimination and accommodation, age and sex discrimination, pregnancy and medical leave, wage claims, and whistleblower retaliation.
Ms. Lim is well versed in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower, wrongful termination, reasonable accommodation, defamation, breach of contract, wage and hour, and the myriad of employment cases. She also represents business owners in disability access cases. She has successfully concluded numerous cases by obtaining dismissals, prevailing in pre-trial motions, trying cases in arbitrations, and obtaining jury verdicts in federal and state courts in favor of employers.
